Crashes....

Hey Prowl! I wanted to start this topic again...all I can say is....OUCH!!!!

I saw that finally today in the prerace... I was like oh doo-doo...
Notice how he went down the track then shot up.... therefor gaining momentum...

Gotta here it for the roll cages and safety equipment.
and he got out on his own power...

Yeah, definately a crash to be remembered and played back for years to come. Good test of the COT.

Congrats on Edwards winning....hope he didn't cheat again...LOL JOKE!!!! Seriously, congratulations. Hmmm....ready for that autograph picture yet??? lol!

I remember last yr when they are like "And Jr. is back out on the track in number 5.... He is driving the number 5 of kyle bush!" That also will be remembered for years to come.

My stepbrother's car after hitting a deer... that counts as a crash!

Hmmm....I've seen worse. Trust me! Hitting a deer at highway speed is like hitting a freight train. Hope he's ok though...

his Firebird just got hit good today, some guy in a blazer wasnt watching when he was backing out, and Derek was being very paticient and gave him alot of room, and the guy backing into the passenger side of the car.... Zacky was in the back, his GF in the front, they both were flipping out.

This has to be up for the Darwin awards....Kevin LePage....all I have to say is DUH!

i hear ya there my aunts "boat" of a car got attacked by a moose one eveing a few years ago going after the headlights on the car............took the 1/4 pannel right off

thank god my uncle is a mechanic or woulda been expensive lol

FYI on what pissed me off about the race this past Saturday night. It appears I'm not the only one that knew what really happened before the BS between Kyle-betteroffdead-Bush and Earnhardt. That crash never would have happened if not for...

No additional penalties for Hamlin, Waltrip: #11-Denny Hamlin won't be further penalized for intentionally bringing out a late caution in Saturday night's race at Richmond even though there is precedent for it. No further penalty also is expected against #55-Michael Waltrip for intentionally wrecking #5-Casey Mears, NASCAR officials said on Monday. Hamlin was given a two-lap penalty when he stopped on the track with a cut tire with less than 10 laps remaining. NASCAR officials believed it was an intentional move to bring out the caution and allow Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Kyle Busch the opportunity to close on then-leader Dale Earnhardt Jr. A spokesperson for the governing body said during Monday's test session at Lowe's Motor Speedway that there would be no further punishment. But in 2004, Earnhardt was docked 25 points and fined $10,000 for intentionally bringing out the caution at Bristol. In the 2002 running of the All-Star race, Kurt Busch was fined $10,000 for intentionally spinning out Robby Gordon to bring out a caution. Meanwhile, Waltrip was parked with about 40 laps remaining when he intentionally took out Mears after Mears got into him a few laps earlier.
