Ummm but it helps make you cleaner... you can use tp but thats not as fresh... I mean, you can use wipes and fully clean it...
Also, for women, a certain time they might like it more than men can realize.
That being said. its not saying that you are too lazy to wipe, it is to give a fresher feeling and better cleaning.
European bathrooms have it also by the way.
